The lid is decorated with a hand-painted scene depicting two figures in traditional Spanish dress: a woman in a green flared skirt and a man in a red waist sash. The interior is lined with light blue fabric and contains a rectangular mirror within the lid, framed by a matching twisted cord border. To the right of the lid decoration, there is a script inscription within a stylised banner reading MALLORCA, preceded by a capital letter S. The box contains an assortment of jewellery items including multiple strands of imitation pearls, a gold-toned wristwatch with an expandable link bracelet, and several loose beads in red, green, and black. No other maker's marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the box.
