UK 1988 Royal Mint Seven Coin Proof Set - This set comprises seven United Kingdom proof coins, consisting of a fifty pence, a twenty pence, a ten pence, a five pence, a one pound, a two pence, and a one penny coin. The coins are housed in a clear acrylic display case within a blue faux-leather presentation folder. The obverse of each coin features the third crowned portrait of Elizabeth II, while the reverse designs include Britannia, the Tudor rose, a crowned lion, a crowned thistle, the Royal Shield of Arms, the Prince of Wales feathers, and a crowned portcullis. The case is embossed with a silver-coloured Royal Mint crest and the words ROYAL MINT. A bronze-coloured rectangular plaque within the display is inscribed with a crown and the text ELIZABETH R 1988. The one pound coin bears the legend ONE POUND on the reverse. The twenty pence coin is inscribed TWENTY PENCE 1988.
