A 9ct Yellow Gold Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring - A 9ct yellow gold cluster ring featuring a central heart-cut blue gemstone, consistent in appearance with a sapphire, held in a three-prong setting. The central stone is surrounded by a halo of ten small round-cut clear gemstones, consistent in appearance with diamonds, set into a white metal cluster head. The ring features a tapered yellow gold shank. The interior of the shank bears several struck marks: a stamped inscription reading DIA is located on the left side, and three hallmark punches are present on the right side. The first hallmark punch is readable as 375, indicating 9-carat gold purity; the remaining two punches are present but the individual characters are not readable.
