Richardson Sheffield V Sabatier Five Piece Knife Block Set - A five piece kitchen knife set from the V Sabatier range by Richardson Sheffield, presented in a tapered natural wood storage block. The set is constructed with full tang blades and black composite handles featuring a traditional three-rivet design. The blades are manufactured from X50 CrMoV 15 chrome molybdenum vanadium high carbon stainless steel, specified on the packaging with a Rockwell hardness rating of 55HRC. The set comprises a paring knife, an all purpose knife, a 15cm cook's knife, a carving knife, and a bread knife.
