UK 1999 Bank of England Twenty Pounds Limited Edition Banknote Set - A commemorative Bank of England presentation set containing two Series E Revised twenty pound banknotes. The set is housed in a decorative folder titled CHIEF CASHIER BANKNOTE ISSUE TWENTY POUNDS LIMITED EDITION. The first banknote features the signature of Merlyn Lowther (Chief Cashier 1999-2003) with serial number DA01 999337. The second banknote features the signature of G.E.A. Kentfield (Chief Cashier 1991-1998) with serial number CL99 999337. Both notes bear the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse and Michael Faraday on the reverse.
