A Hammered Metal Coin featuring Arabic Script - A hammered metal coin, possibly a fals or jital, featuring a dark brown surface with areas of green oxidation. The obverse displays a central incised design consisting of two vertical strokes joined by a curved horizontal line, surrounded by a legend in Arabic-derived script. Eastern Arabic numerals are visible at the bottom of the flan, appearing as 12. The reverse presents several lines of struck script in a similar Arabic style. The coin possesses an irregular, bitten edge and a heavy patina throughout. No mint marks or specific ruler names are clearly legible on the surface. The coin is housed in a green velvet-lined presentation case with a hinged lid. Diameter: approximately 21 mm.
