UK 1990 Royal Mint Proof Coin Collection - This lot comprises a collection of United Kingdom proof coins issued in 1990. The set contains several denominations including the one penny, two pence, five pence, ten pence, twenty pence, fifty pence, and one pound coins. The collection features two examples of the five pence coin, representing the 1990 transition in size for this denomination. The one penny and two pence coins are of a copper-toned alloy, while the five, ten, twenty, and fifty pence coins are struck in a silver-toned metal, and the one pound coin is struck in a yellow metal.
