The obverse is decorated with a large, ornate Ace of Spades motif, featuring an intricate internal design of foliate and scrolling patterns. The corners are marked with the letter A and a spade symbol in the traditional layout of a card. The reverse side features a stamped logo consisting of a central shield containing the letters SI, flanked by laurel wreaths and surmounted by a banner.
