Two WWII US Navy Enlisted Aircrew Flight Log Books Patrol Bombing Squadron 197
Two WWII USN Navy Enlisted Aircrew of Patrol Squadron 297 Flight Log Books. Named books to Samuel Bowden ARM 3/c (Aviation Radioman) and Elmer Gowen AMM (Aviation Machinist's Mate) 3/c. Bowden was aboard Consolidated PB4Y patrol bombers. Gowen was also aboard the Consolidated PB4Y patrol bombers. Gowen was transferred to UD-5 Guam. Traveled to Japan, Okinawa, Saipan, Hiroshima, plus more. These log books will make an excellent research project of 2 navy crewman during WWII! Nice condition.
