Genuine Sapphire and Earth-Mined Diamond Ring.  This is an 18 karat yellow gold ring with a .68 carat cabochon-cut and polished genuine blue sapphire that is bezel set and surrounded by approximately .44 carats of round, brilliant-cut, F-G color, VS clarity diamonds.  This unique looking ring is US size 6.75 and weighs 5.7 grams.  This ring can be resized for an additional $100, please allow an additional 10 days for shipping if we resize it.  This ring is certified and appraised for $7,600.00 estimated retail replacement value.  This is a preowned, estate item in excellent condition.
