ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This is one of those fun estate finds that makes estate buying fun.  The belt and buckle has long been indicative of the binding love between the giver and receiver of the ring. There is a continuous loop formed when the belt threads through the buckle – it’s eternal."  This ring is designed in the buckle style, thought to have become popular in the early 1800's, when Queen Victoria wore one to an official ceremony." Rose gold was first used to make jewelry by famed jeweler, Carl Faberge, in the mid- to late 1800's.
