ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  This yellow gold ring is made by the Idaho Opal and Gem Company (IOG), established 1973 in Spencer, Idaho.  It features a fancy-cut, polished opal. The triangle-shaped opal is attached to its host stone and bezel set in a bypass design ring with fluted swirls.  The host rock is visible through bottom of the ring, and a few places towards the tip of the opal on top of the ring.  The ring spans approximately 3/4" on the finger and has an approximate 3.3 mm shank.
