Royal Doulton Lambeth Art Nouveau Stoneware Vase by Maud Bowden - A Royal Doulton Lambeth stoneware vase designed and decorated by artist Maud Bowden, dating from the early 20th century. The vessel features an ovoid body with a widely flared rim, a constricted neck accented by a beaded collar, and a flared pedestal foot. The central decoration consists of three heart-shaped, tubelined cartouches containing stylized floral motifs rendered in pale green and cream tones against a textured, sand-colored ground. The remainder of the body is finished in a mottled drip glaze, transitioning from a light cerulean blue at the shoulder to a deep cobalt blue at the neck and base. The underside of the base contains several markings: the Royal Doulton England circular stamp used between 1902 and 1922, the incised artist monogram MB for Maud Bowden, the stamped shape number 8064D, the letter A, and a small stamped pu mark.
