George III Mahogany Kneehole Desk - A George III mahogany kneehole desk featuring a rectangular top with a central oval satinwood shell inlay and crossbanded border. The desk is configured with a single full-width drawer at the top over a recessed central cupboard door. This central section is flanked by two pedestals, each containing three graduated drawers. The drawer fronts are finished with mahogany veneers and crossbanded edges, fitted with cast brass swan-neck handles on batwing-style plates and matching keyhole escutcheons. The piece is supported on shaped bracket feet.
