A PHOENICIAN SCARAB
Iron Age, 8th-7th century BCE. 17.0 mm. Long-wise perforated. It depicts a sphinx, a scarab and 3 cobra serpents. In very good condition. Ex Sasson family coll., Jerusalem (since 1925).
