An Art Nouveau Style Lily Pond Four Light Table Lamp - This Art Nouveau style table lamp features a circular cast metal base with a dark bronze-toned patinated finish. The base is decorated in relief with a pond lily and lily pad motif. Six sinuous stems rise from the base, four of which terminate in glass shades held by petal-shaped metal fittings, while two additional stems terminate in cast metal buds. The four blown glass shades are formed into a flared trumpet or lily shape with undulating rims. The glass is opalescent white with an iridescent favrile-style finish and a feathered pattern throughout. The lamp is fitted with modern black plastic-coated wiring, an inline rocker switch, and a standard UK three-pin plug. A paper safety label is attached to the power cord containing fragments of cautionary text.
