Two Ceramic Decorative Items Including a Geometric Patterned Vase and a Horse Figurine - A collection of two ceramic decorative items. The first is a vase of ovoid form with a flared rim, featuring horizontal registers of incised and hand-painted geometric motifs including lattice patterns and spiral designs in dark brown and terracotta pigments over a buff ground. The surface displays an intentionally distressed and weathered finish. The second item is a glazed ceramic figurine of a horse in a standing pose upon a textured green base. The decoration consists of sponged brown markings on a white ground, with a blue-painted harness and a chestnut-coloured mane. The form is modelled in a Tang style. Vase height: 19 cm.
