The lot includes a creamer pitcher and a condiment shaker. The creamer is of tapered cylindrical form with a scroll handle and a short pouring lip. Its side is engraved with the Cunard house crest featuring a rampant lion holding a crown within a ribbon inscribed THE CUNARD STEAM SHIP. The base is stamped with the following marks: 57 in a diamond, A, 18861, a shield mark with a crown over three symbols, ELKINGTON PLATE, J in a shaped cartouche, and 1 1/2 P. The condiment shaker features a domed, perforated top and a flared circular base. The base is marked: 25882, ELKINGTON PLATE, ENGLAND, O in a circular cartouche, a rampant lion holding a crown, and CUNARD.
