A Collection of RSPB Enamel Wildlife Pin Badges on Original Backing Cards - A collection of enamel lapel pins produced for the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) featuring various British wildlife species. Each pin is constructed from enamel on metal and is mounted on a branded green cardboard backing card. The cards are printed with the RSPB logo, consisting of a bird silhouette above the letters R, S, P, and B, and most include the series title British Wildlife. The subjects represented include bird species such as the long-tailed tit, golden eagle, puffin, robin, mallard, bittern, great tit, blue tit, and wren. The collection also includes insect and mammal subjects, specifically the common blue damselfly, clouded yellow butterfly, peacock butterfly, elephant hawk-moth, tawny mining bee, and a hedgehog. The majority of the pins are housed within a custom-made brown cardboard display sleeve and a green protective folder. Each backing card provides the common name of the depicted species at the base.
