Royal Crown Derby Treasures of Childhood Rocking Horse Figurine - A Royal Crown Derby fine bone china figurine titled Rocking Horse, from the Treasures of Childhood collection. The piece is modeled in the form of a traditional rocking horse and is decorated with intricate floral motifs in a palette of red, blue, green, and yellow against a white ground. The figurine features extensive 22-carat gold gilding to the mane, tail, harness details, and the rockers, which are further embellished with horizontal gold banding. The underside of the rocker bears a printed red backstamp stating Rocking Horse, Treasures of Childhood, Made in England, and the Roman numeral date code MMV for 2005, alongside a 2004 copyright mark. Additional hand-painted marks include a small blue factory symbol and a gold gilder's mark. The figurine is accompanied by its original navy blue Royal Crown Derby presentation box and a white outer cardboard sleeve printed with toy illustrations and the series title.
