Modern Reproduction Roman Pugio Dagger and Scabbard - A modern reproduction of a Roman military sidearm, known as a pugio, designed for historical reenactment or decorative display. The dagger features a leaf-shaped steel blade with a sharp central point and three longitudinal fullers on each side. The hilt is composed of a waisted hardwood handle secured by two circular brass rivets, with a flat rectangular crossguard and an integrated rounded pommel finished in a matte black tone. The scabbard is constructed of blackened metal with a textured black leather wrap covering the lower section and four suspension rings for belt attachment. The locket plate features an incised decorative scene showing a Roman soldier wearing a helmet and body armour, holding an oval shield and a spear.
