Two late 19th and early 20th-century wooden-cased mechanical wall clocks - A pair of mechanical spring-driven wall clocks of European design. The first clock features a stained wooden case with prominent, heavily turned decorative pilasters and a simple pediment top. The cream-coloured dial is set with black Roman numerals, decorative fleur-de-lis motifs, and ornate blackened metal hands, featuring two winding holes. A glazed front door reveals a circular brass-coloured pendulum. The second clock comprises a wooden case with turned pilasters and a shaped pediment decorated with a central raised diamond-shaped boss and two turned finials. The circular dial displays black Arabic numerals on an aged surface with a brass-coloured outer ring and blackened metal hands, also featuring two winding holes. The lower door is designed with three vertical wooden slats over a glazed panel showing a circular pendulum.
