The design is executed in the Art Nouveau style, featuring an oval portrait of the opera singer Hilda Clark to the right. The mirror is decorated with elaborate gold and cream-coloured scrollwork and floral motifs against a black and mirrored background. The central text features the Coca-Cola logo in Spencerian script, incorporating the words Trade Mark.
