Nine Gilt-Metal Effect and Enamel Trade Union and Bowling Badges - A group of nine gilt-metal effect and enamel lapel badges representing various UK trade unions, charitable funds, and sporting associations. The collection features trade union interests including an oval badge for the National Union of Public Employees inscribed N.U.P.E. 66TH NATIONAL CONFERENCE 1889-1993, a safety badge inscribed REPRESENTATIVE SAFETY SOGAT, and a service badge marked 30 YEARS, EEP and LIGHT & LIBERTY. Fraternal and charitable items consist of two Mark Benevolent Fund badges, one for a Steward of Devon inscribed 1885 and one for Sussex dated 2019. The assortment is completed by four English Bowling Federation badges, including three featuring composite heraldic crests on green grounds and one Northamptonshire county badge with a central castle gatehouse motif.
