Victorian Style Cast-Iron Swivel Wall Bracket? / Cookbook Stand? - A cast-iron wall-mounted swivel bracket featuring a rectangular platform with a symmetrical, pierced openwork design of scrolling foliage and stylised floral motifs. The platform is attached via a central pivot to a curved supporting arm, which terminates in a circular wall mounting plate featuring raised relief foliate decoration. The entire piece is finished in a dark forest green paint. The swivel mechanism is secured by a single slotted screw with a dark brown cap at the central mounting point.
