Mid-20th Century and Later Glassware - An assortment of mid-20th century and later decorative glassware of various forms and techniques. The collection includes a set of mid-century modern style tumblers featuring printed black geometric diamond and four-pointed star patterns with gilt metal effect rims. A clear glass commemorative tumbler depicts a white transfer-printed portrait of Queen Elizabeth II within a crested border, inscribed with the words SOUVENIR above and CORONATION below, flanked by the date 1953. Also included is a pressed glass commemorative plate with the repeating word SIXTY moulded around the rim, a large platter with white concentric ripple decoration, and a tumbler with a white daisy motif. The lot further contains a clear glass carafe with etched floral sprays, various stemware, and a boxed wine aerator with instructional text including Place the decanter onto the opened bottle and Pour the bottle at an angle and high above the glass.
