Milling Machine - German Stegherr KSF-2
The KSF-2 closed gasket cutter is used successfully all over the world. The precision, robustness and wide range of applications of this machine are proven.
The profiled bars are cut by an upper and lower cutting unit while, at the same time, a third unit finishes the intermediate flat part. A workpiece is automatically inserted by simply pressing a button, then the part is milled and unlocked.
This method of operation guarantees the absolute precision of the transverse joints milled on our KSF-2 milling machine.
The additional milling unit (the fourth milling unit, mounted on the front of the machine) ensures that any profile bar can be milled without tearing on the upper (seen) side of the joint.
The machine is found with cutting heads with suitable cutting widths, suitable for milling with different profile widths. Like all Stegherr machines, the KSF-2 is a high-quality product that guarantees a long, maintenance-free machine life and the highest precision in the production of transverse joints.
The machine can mill wooden, aluminum, PVC and MDF parts.
