Congo 1915 D. Carlos I, Diogo Neto type, with REPUBLICA overprint. Stamp Mf#128a, 130 s/ 75 reis, carmine, porcelain paper, 12 ¾ perforation with DOUBLE OVERPRINT ERROR. New copy, without gum, without repairs and slight traces of oxide on the back, with good color. Uncatalogued error.
