An Austrian Wiener Bronze Figure of a Bedouin at Prayer, 19th Century.
A finely cast and polychrome-painted bronze figure depicting a Bedouin man in traditional desert attire standing in prayer upon a richly detailed and vividly colored prayer rug. The figure’s expressive gesture and flowing robes are rendered with realism, while the rug beneath him features stylized floral borders and geometric motifs.
