Bidspirit auction | French antique copperplate print St.

French antique copperplate print St. John - Antique French copperplate engraving It is an antique copperplate engraving, not a print. Any book less than 100 years old is not antique, but vintage. The frame is not antique but antique-style, with a carved wooden rose border and paint that is intentionally faded. This was originally sold as just the frame. French antiques tend to be highly decorative, so choosing the right frame will enhance the atmosphere even more. Since this is an old print, the tears have been repaired. For those who have an understanding of old things.
