TETSUYA NAGATO Flesh Painting on Water Surface Works by TETSUYA NAGATO Tetsuya Nagato He is a contemporary artist whose collage works are sold at a high price. After graduating from high school, he moved to the United States. After returning to Japan in 1998, he began to create collages, photos and video works. In 2003, he won the Digital Art Excellence Award at the 6th Japan Agency for Cultural Affairs Media Arts Festival. In the same year, he won the Wonder Wall Award in the 2003 Tokyo Wonder Wall Open Competition. In 2012, the work was selected as a recommended work by the jury of the 15th Japan Agency for Cultural Affairs Media Arts Festival. As an art director, he is involved in packaging design, video guidance, advertising production, etc., and continues to show his work in solo and group exhibitions.
