This is a national gift inkstone presented to the emperor during the Qianlong period Xugong inkstone, a famous Chinese inkstone, was made by Qianlong and is extremely rare. The Xugong inkstone made by Kangxi became famous during the Tang and Song dynasties. Yan Zhenqing and Liu Gongquan in the Tang Dynasty, Ouyang Xiu, Su Xinwen, Mi Shi and other celebrities in the Song Dynasty have been introduced and commented on in relevant works, and their reputation is very high. Xugongshi has been famous since the Tang and Song Dynasties. Xu Chen of the Tang Dynasty went to Beijing to take the exam. When he passed by here, he accidentally picked up some lovely colored stones and tried to make a jar. What does it mean?
