The fuel can, manufactured under the Ready-Can brand, is constructed from tin-plated steel and finished in red paint. It features embossed lettering stating PETROLEUM SPIRIT, READY-CAN, and HIGHLY INFLAMMABLE, along with a top handle and a red screw cap. A handwritten paper label is affixed to the side. The toolbox is a black Rubbermaid branded portable case with an internal tray and a yellow latch.
