The model features a die-cast metal cab and tank with plastic components, finished with a black chassis and black wheels with red hubs. The cylindrical tank is printed with the white 'Regent' logo to both sides. The vehicle is presented in its original packaging, consisting of a yellow and green card outer box, a tan plastic internal tray, and a clear form-fitted insert.
