A Vintage Matchbox Yesteryear 1947 Citroën Type H Van in the Evian Pattern - A vintage Matchbox Yesteryear 1947 Citroën Type H Van in the Evian pattern, part of the Taste of France series. This die-cast metal model is finished in a uniform light pink livery with multi-coloured commercial advertising. The sides of the vehicle feature printed text in red reading EVIAN above EAU MINERALE NATURELLE and SOURCE CACHAT in blue. A smaller Evian logo is printed above each cab door. The model is accompanied by its white plastic display plinth, which features an inset silver-toned nameplate reading 1947 CITROËN H VAN - 'EVIAN'. The lot includes the original artist-illustrated cardboard box which bears the MATCHBOX logo and identifies the series as Models of YESTERYEAR - TASTE OF FRANCE. The box is further marked with the reference YTF 1 and features artwork signed by JOHN BYRNE '92.
