A Vintage Lesney Models of Yesteryear 1908 Grand Prix Mercedes No. Y-10 - A vintage Lesney Models of Yesteryear 1908 Grand Prix Mercedes No. Y-10 model car, housed in its original pictorial cardboard box. The model is of die-cast metal construction, finished in an off-white cream paint with a contrasting black-painted chassis. The open cockpit features a green plastic seat insert and a brass-effect steering wheel column. External detailing includes silver-toned exhaust pipes and a front radiator. The car is fitted with black plastic spoked wheels and carries two spare tyres at the rear. The underside is cast with the identifying text 1908 G.P. MERCEDES, NO 10, and MADE IN ENGLAND BY LESNEY.
