A Vintage Dinky Toys Die-cast Loudspeaker Van - A vintage Dinky Toys die-cast loudspeaker van, finished in a dark blue colour. This mid-20th century model features a streamlined body with an integrated chassis and an open interior cabin. A separate silver-painted metal loudspeaker horn is mounted centrally to the roof. The vehicle is fitted with blue-painted metal hubs and black rubber tires. The interior ceiling of the body is embossed with the characters DINKY TOYS above a circular mark, with MADE IN ENGLAND and MECCANO LTD positioned towards the rear. The casting shows evidence of the original tooling, including a rectangular window aperture and defined mudguards.
