A Vintage Dinky Toys 688 Field Artillery Tractor - A vintage Dinky Toys 688 field artillery tractor, constructed from die-cast metal and finished in olive drab paint. The model represents a Morris Commercial C8 Quad tractor and features an open cab design without glazing, a die-cast base, and four black knobby rubber tyres. A fifth spare tyre is mounted centrally on the roof, and a metal towing hook is fitted to the rear. The front wing displays a small multi-coloured divisional insignia decal. The underside of the base is embossed with the characters MADE IN ENGLAND, 688, DINKY TOYS, FIELD ARTILLERY TRACTOR, and MECCANO LTD.
