A Vintage Dinky Toys 623 Army Wagon and Trailer - A vintage Dinky Toys 623 army wagon and trailer, finished in a military olive drab green. The set comprises a six-wheeled truck and a separate two-wheeled trailer, both constructed from die-cast metal. The wagon features an open-topped cab with an integral seated driver figure and a flatbed rear with distinctive serrated zigzag detailing to the side panels. The matching two-wheeled trailer is designed with a circular towing eye to the front and a hook to the rear. Both vehicles are fitted with original black rubber tyres on metal axles. The underside of the wagon bears impressed marks reading DINKY TOYS, 623, ARMY WAGON, MADE IN ENGLAND, and MECCANO LTD. The base of the trailer is similarly marked with DINKY TOYS, TRAILER, MECCANO LTD, and ENGLAND. A small red and yellow tactical decal is visible on the front nearside fender.
