A Vintage Corgi Classics Die-cast 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Fire Chief Car - A vintage Corgi Classics die-cast 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air fire chief car, finished in a red and white livery for the Centerville fire department. This model was produced in 1996 as part of a limited edition range to commemorate the brand's 40th anniversary. The vehicle features a die-cast metal body with chrome-effect bumpers, side trim, and a front grille. The roof is finished in white and supports a red plastic siren, while the interior is moulded in grey plastic with clear windows. The model is fitted with rubber-like tyres featuring white-wall detailing and chrome-effect hubcaps. Decorative elements include side decals reading CENTERVILLE and FIRE CHIEF, alongside a fire department crest on the rear quarter panels. The original blue and yellow window box is marked with the CORGI CLASSICS brand name, the model number 51201, and the 40th anniversary 1956-1996 logo. The lot is accompanied by a limited edition certificate stating it is number 0171 of 8,800 produced, and a collector's postcard addressed to Corgi Classics Ltd. in Southampton.
