A Vintage Matchbox Models of Yesteryear 1939 Bedford K.D. Truck - A vintage Matchbox Models of Yesteryear 1939 Bedford K.D. truck, identified as model number Y-63. This die-cast model features a cab finished in vibrant red paintwork and a tan-coloured flatbed. The vehicle is decorated with a tampo-printed livery for George Farrar Yorkshire Stone, Keighley, Yorkshire, visible on the cab doors and the sides of the bed. The truck is constructed with a die-cast metal cab and chassis, complemented by a plastic bed and black plastic wheels. It is presented in its original red and yellow window display box, which retains the original accessory bag of Yorkshire stone secured inside with plastic ties. The underside of the chassis is embossed with the following marks: MATCHBOX INT'L LTD MADE IN CHINA, MODELS OF YESTERYEAR, © 1991, 1939 BEDFORD K.D. TRUCK, and Y-63. The clear plastic window of the box carries a yellow retail adhesive label reading TOTALLY TOYS £6.95 and a white auction lot sticker from HCP Auctions South West reading lot 130.
