The die-cast advertising model is finished in a two-tone livery of cream and dark blue, representing a 1947 Citroën H-Type integral van. The sides feature printed Martell Cordon Bleu Cognac branding, including the company crest on the cab doors with text reading FONDEE EN 1715. The black plastic underside is moulded with a Matchbox logo and characters reading ©1993 MATCHBOX COLLECTIBLES, MADE IN CHINA, CITROEN H-TYPE INTEGRAL VAN 1947, MODELS OF YESTERYEAR, and the reference code YTP3. The model is presented on its original white plastic display stand featuring an integrated name plaque reading 1947 CITROËN H VAN - MARTELL. The lot is complete with its original pictorial cardboard box depicting a Parisian street scene and includes the loose original mounting hardware consisting of one small metal screw and two white plastic spacers.
