The cylinder is constructed from a welded steel vessel featuring a fixed protective top shroud and a top-mounted valve assembly. The exterior finish is heavily weathered, with the original blue paint showing extensive flaking and peeling to reveal surface oxidation on the steel substrate. Stamped markings on the upper collar are legible as 041, 2483, T CODE, and a partial 70. The valve is fitted with a cast metal handle featuring the word CLOSE and a directional arrow.
