The crate is constructed from steel wire with a black powder-coated finish, arranged in a standard rectangular mesh grid. It is designed to fold flat for transport and storage, and includes integrated metal latch mechanisms visible in its collapsed state. The exterior of the cardboard box is printed in black with the designation FG1 above the date 2009/08/01. A white adhesive City Link shipping label is applied to the front, featuring the alphanumeric code C90 C, the handwritten number 116, and the printed text 1738 CITY PACK and PRIORITY. A small white auction label reading Lot 080 is affixed to the upper corner of the packaging.
