A Collection of Mid-20th Century Industrial Maritime Salvage Including Pulleys and Lighting - A collection of mid-20th century industrial and maritime salvage items, comprising several heavy-duty pulleys, a grappling hook, and lighting fixtures. The group features a large double-sheave block constructed with a composite material body, possibly Tufnol, reinforced by galvanised steel straps and secured with three large hexagonal nuts and bolts. Also included are multiple iron snatch blocks and pulleys showing significant surface oxidation, one featuring a large swivel hook. The lighting components consist of a bulkhead-style light fixture with a cast metal housing and a ribbed clear glass prismatic lens, alongside a separate heavily rusted circular metal base with protruding wiring. The lot is completed by a red-painted multi-pronged grappling hook or anchor tool and sections of heavy-gauge galvanised steel chain. A small blue and yellow label is visible in the background, but it appears to be modern commercial packaging rather than a maker's mark for the items themselves. No legible manufacturer stamps or cast marks are present on the hardware.
