A Group of Vintage Maritime and Industrial Rope Work and Lighting Salvage - A collection of maritime and industrial salvage comprising various lengths of rope work, hardware, and nautical lighting. The rope work includes heavy-duty natural and synthetic fiber cordage, some featuring professionally spliced eyes, whipped ends, and protective canvas or twine serving wraps. A large steel snap hook is attached to a natural fiber loop, and a small single-sheave metal pulley block is present within the assortment. The lighting includes a circular, weathered metal-housed lamp with a thick convex glass lens and an external screw-top fluid or wiring port. A white plastic or painted metal stern navigation light is included, featuring a cylindrical ribbed Fresnel-style lens. Also present is a heavily oxidised industrial work light with a protective wire cage housing a clear glass bulb. A section of heavy-gauge black electrical cabling is attached to the circular metal lamp. No maker's names, marks, or country of origin labels are readable on any of the components.
