Bidspirit auction | Vintage Solid Wood Spirit Level

Vintage Solid Wood Spirit Level with Metal Faceplates - A vintage spirit level featuring a solid wood body with a central longitudinal groove along the top edge. The tool is equipped with three spirit vials: one horizontal vial positioned in the centre and two vertical vials located towards each end. Each vial is set within a circular metal faceplate secured by screws to the wooden frame. The central vial contains a dual-bubble spirit glass for precision leveling. The ends of the level are reinforced with protective metal caps. A circular inscription is stamped into the metal faceplate surrounding the central vial, but the characters are heavily worn and are not legible as a name or specific brand. One end of the wood body displays remnants of red pigment.
