A 9ct and 10ct Yellow Gold Dolphin Jewellery Suite - A yellow gold jewellery suite featuring a maritime dolphin motif, comprising a pendant necklace and a pair of hoop earrings. The pendant depicts a pair of leaping dolphins in a polished finish, suspended from a fine twisted chain. The chain is fitted with a spring ring clasp and a metal tag. The earrings are designed as single jumping dolphins forming a circular hoop with hinged latch-back closures. Stamped marks are present on several components: the earring posts are impressed with the characters 9K and MT; the necklace spring ring clasp is stamped 10K followed by a character appearing to be F; and a small metal tag on the chain shows the characters 9, C, and T. The set is housed in a black presentation box with a white satin lining, bearing a label that reads STERLING SILVER, which appears to be mismatched to the gold-marked contents.
