The pendant medallion features a central relief depiction of Saint Christopher carrying the Christ child across turbulent water, set against an engine-turned background of radiating sunburst lines. This central motif is enclosed within a raised, tiered circular border. The pendant is suspended from a tapered bale, which is struck with a small rectangular mark reading 925 and other indistinct characters. The accompanying chain is of a traditional curb link construction and is fitted with a spring ring clasp. The clasp ring bears a literal impressed mark reading STERLING in capital letters.
