AN ANTIQUE BRONZE BODHISATTVA TORSO, THAILAND
An important torso statue of Bodhisattva Padmapani (Avalokiteshvara) made of bronze with traces of gilding on the surface. The torso is slightly curved, the outline is very smooth. Srivijayan art. 9th century.
